Maris Spalins builds Business Operating Systems that make growth predictable. His work focuses on operating layer underneath revenue - definitions, routing, follow-up systems, governance, and feedback loops, that keep Marketing, Sales, and Support aligned.

Maris Spalins is the founder of Winyourclients and the creator of NtPilot—an AI-native business operating system designed to turn Sales, Support, and Marketing into integrated, always-on revenue engines. With an MSc in Public Policy, BA in Politics + BA in Theology & Philosophy, his work is grounded in systems, incentives, and governance—not tactics.
Over the past decade he has built revenue architectures across the UAE , UK, EU, and CIS for global consumer brands, B2B SaaS, and high-trust service businesses. Today, his focus is simple: replacing ad-hoc campaigns and tool overload with calm, predictable operating models. He is active in startup accelerators and entrepreneurial communities, and is the author of The $100M Funnel Playbook.
